An overburdened facility that can’t help patients in real time. It’s concerning to me, I would have to assume that cost management of staff hours is the reason of why they can’t meet the demand of the services they provide contractually to all us captives who pay a grand a month for MercyCare insurance. Where we must use them or they will not be covered by MercyCare insurance. I hope this gets better.

I rent an oxygen mach. from them. Over a year now, i havent had any problems when i call for help or new hoses, or anything, they are there.. NEVER a bad time with them, They are Good People. I recommend them. Johnny

They don't even know their own hours! I called Friday to get their hours and was told they're open 'til 5pm. I got there at 4:35 and hours on door said they were open 'til 5. Door was locked, but people inside. I knocked on window and woman inside said they closed at 4:30!

Most rude people. Never give supplies when needed they never call back when you need help. They charge your insurance then tell you your not compliant when you have no electricity.. Im about to switch over to a different hospital they even have my insurance company upset.. I hate when people talk over me and not let me finsh talking. . thats very rude..

Not caring...put people's lives on hold and try to understand them in a mere moment. When they get there they are ready on their way out. Very sad way to treat people and size them up in a moment without a bit of understanding and then you have to wait forever for the report. Sad situation.
