1st caregiver- up and left to Florida for 3 months 2nd caregiver- absolutely did not clean or do anything. The condition my grandmothers apartment was when we moved here was horrendous. 3rd caregiver- quit the morning of service at 7am through text message. 4th caregiver- doesn’t have a vehicle, came 15 mins later 5th caregiver- showed up over an hour late and her excuse was that she “texted” my 81 year old grandmother that can barely answer the phone. The company stated “it’s their choice to have a car or not.” She seemed annoyed that my grandmothers needs are laundry to be taken to a laundry mat. I wasn’t going to completely ruin their company at first but we also had theft from caregiver #2. They also violated HIPPA by communicating with a family member which was not authorized to receive ANY information.This company is a complete fraud and we plan to report them to Medicare for straight out fraud. Hopefully these frauds get closed down because they are NOT helping seniors at all. Do yourself a favor and ask your local reps, mayors, village administrators to suspend their business license.
