Wound care and nursing services were impeccable. Sherry Holmes was amazing during my post-op care.

Sherry Holmes made no effort to maintain a shred of professionalism. Did not respond to repeated efforts at communication.use. There was a 10 day gap from when I first spoke with her and another 3 weeks before I spoke with her again. She was less than honest in what she delivered- which was NOTHING. Upon securing another agency, I learned that Visiting Physicians spoke with Eulla, a manager at Excellent Care on 18 Jan 22. This person related that he would call me to address my concerns with the hoped of readmitting me into their dynamic. No such call was ever made. Very disappointed!
