The Service is Terrible. My father 90 years old and he needs PT, we got referral from doctor. Therapist Kelly was sent me bunch of text messages about nothing, just was bothering me all day long, finally She said appointment tomorrow for my mom and my dad. My mom never need PT. That Kelly never showed up to do PT for my dad, he was waiting for her, he is 90 YO, it's was a big STRESS for him That Kelly never even call him to cancel appointment. Just didn't show up. Ridiculous
