I received eight weeks of home health care. I have only positive things to say about my experience. Especially regarding Nurse Alex who was amazing. He was very professional and always did everything necessary to ensure I was receiving the best care. He followed all safety and hygiene protocols too. He asked questions on each visit to monitor my progress. He 100% gave me the impression that he truly cared about me getting better. He was always communicative regarding weekly visit times too. He was kind and courteous and definitely a positive part of my recovery. I felt so fortunate to have had Nurse Alex. He is a wonderful nurse and a huge asset to us patients using CareLink Home Health. I also want to mention that anytime I called the main number I was met with very capable employees who answered my questions and or took care of my needs. Special recognition to Mary who always remembered me and was very kind and courteous as well with each phone call. I highly recommend this company to others looking for home health care. My experience overall exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

The Healthcare my elderly mother has received has been excellent. The therapy she received was very helpful. The Nurse Lucy is an awesome caregiving nurse. Very knowledgeable, caring, kind, all around best nurse care she has gotten. Blessed my mom who is 87 and Lucy has been here to help her.
