If I could give zero stars I would!! This company is a SCAM, be very careful before paying for anything. They have a “doctor” look at your information for 20 seconds and tell you you’re not approved for a prescription you paid for. If you answer yes to any symptoms they list for the ailment you have, your denied due to “inability to treat symptoms.” When speaking to customer service they will direct you to the “AI Bot chat portal “ for more details instead of a live human being able to provide information?! Then their website says that you can be given a credit, but customer service again say sorry we don’t do that even if it’s listed on the website. Be VERY careful if you use this site, you are much better off at ANY other similar companies. I will NEVER use this scammer company again.

Our experience with Admire Home Health Care has been very positive. They are responsive to requests for services and supplies. Everything is arranged and delivered as needed. My husband and I both have health issues being addressed by Admire. Mark, the administrator, has been very supportive in making sure our needs are being met. Admire’s staff arranges nursing care as well as physical and occupational therapy. The staff is nice and always helpful. We are glad to be working with Admire.

My patients got discharged from hospital and admire homehealth took over and continue their journey towards healing. The administrator mark is very reliable , compassionate and will communicate with you personally if there’s a problem.The staff at the office are so nice and accommodating when you call for supplies and it will be at your doorstep in a day or two, the nurse and pt were so good and provide good quality of care . Iam very thankful and grateful for the services and support that admire homehealth provides me to care for my patients. Thank you !

I have known the owners of this company for a long time. Rose Chiu has built her name and company with honesty, trust, competency and respect and continuously providing patients with above and beyond service and care. It is my 93 year old mom’s turn to get this health services from Admire this year. All I did was one phone call and Mark Chua made it all easy with a big sense of urgency handling it all. We are treated with respect and like a family in providing us their best people and extending us with the best care possible to my mother. My mother is very appreciative, motivated, focused and very happy with the nurse and the therapist assigned to her.We couldn’t ask for more! They are doing an excellent job taking care of my mother! Her constant smiles means less aches and pain. And we are seeing progress not just in her health but in her overall well being! Everyone from the care team was professional, caring, and centered their efforts around what my mom needed. While managing my mom's care, I came to know Marc (admin), Therese (nurse), and Russel (physical therapist). They answered my numerous questions with great patience and always made themselves available. The level of care far exceeded what I've encountered before and I would highly recommend this care team!
