If I could leave zero stars, I would! I’ve never seen such disorganization in my life! It was like pulling teeth to finally get a schedule for my 95 year old dad who has early onset/stage dementia, for OT & PT. Then somehow my dad ended up with 2 different agencies somehow working together, but not. Then, having never met any of the staff, I receive a call from someone wanting to come and begin services for my Dad that same day. What? I’m at work, so I’m supposed to just send someone to meet my Dad he nor I have never met before? No! Then they do the same with OT & PT. We work through that, then I get him acclimated to the idea of OT & PT and neither OT nor PT show up at the time that was scheduled! I contact the office. There was zero communication between the office and their staff. Next I get a text that somehow there was a mix up between the agencies and the scheduled PT will no longer be seeing my dad. ‘Someone Else’ will. What? Next, I spoke with their office and thought we had finally worked the situation out. Guess what? No! Now, the scheduled staff that was supposed to see my dad wanted to come early because suddenly they have a mandatory staff meeting. No! We’ve already scheduled my dad’s day, 2 days ago. More happened after that, but you get the idea, right? What a horrible experience for my dad. The one who needs the help can’t get it. So he lost out! And this is. Professional Agency? I think not!

Didn't seem to be interested in taking care of elderly, I was just following up for my mom to be admitted again 😔 been discharge for a while. Lady that I have known name Jovi Mina that work there gave me an answer right away that we can look for another home care. Didn't seem to be helpful at all... why work there if don't care for elderly.
