Some disgusting individual who lives on Fairview Ave in Blue Island in the apartment's continues to throw their garbage in my yard when they arrive home every day. Drives a white sweet love transportation mini van or a red jeep or some kind of older suv. Have seen this disgusting woman throw their garbage out the passenger window in mine and my neighbors yard when they arrive several times.
