I receive home-health nurse and physical therapy visits via Castor Home Nursing. My two different nurse and two different therapist visits have been outstanding. All four individuals are very professional and proficient with their caregiving skills.

They have some of the best people who work in physical therapy and occupational therapy. They work hard for you and help you understand what you need to do. They help you is every step of the way for you to heal. They are so kind understanding and open and honest with you to wear they think of the need you might have to get to what you limits are. I would not change anything about the people who work work at Castor Home Hursing Inc. They're kind helpful easy to talk to and will help in any way they can.

Well where do I begin. So greatful for the presence they have been in my family’s life. They worked with us to overcome difficult obstacles in getting home care. They have been responsible and persistent, always consistent in their efforts to help. They have gone above and beyond and have treated all with great patience and kindness. Our family couldn’t function as a whole without the help they have provided repeatedly. Nancy is a star and the kindest person u will meet. Thank u Castor nursing for always taking care of us and helping us through some difficult hours. What a blessing u have all been!

The staff is wonderful. My mom has recieved the best care possible thanks to you guys. I am beyond pleased with all the staff that has helped my mom. The only issue is with the Indian lady calling for appointments....last week she called twice first to say we had 4 of them and then 20 min later to say we had 6. And the times are off. Afternoon appts show up in the am....it was supposed to a guy named Larry and it was a female. I can hardly understand her at times. I know it makes less work for u guys having her help...but she is not even giving the correct info most of the time. Brittany always come in the am and "susan" keeps telling me pm. I have told her a few times that we can't have appts on Wed afternoons and not to schedule any sessions andwe are still being scheduled for wed afternoons. We are an hr away. Most of her therapists prefer am so they can be closer to home in the afternoon. I can't go by " bonnie, or sharon" she changes her name every time she calls. its more confusing than anythng cuz I never know what time to have my mom up and dressed. Maybe let the therapist make their own scedules so they can travel the route that most timely and convenient for them? That is what seems to be happening anyway.

We have loved our experience with Castor. We have found a nurse through them, brought in our own nurse as a direct hire, and are currently recruiting for more nursing. The experience has been great. Shannon is always super communicative and willing to problem solve. Even when we have minor hiccups they are responsive and willing to work through it all. We have been so happy with our experience working with them and they have made the world of home nursing so simple and enjoyable for us and our little guy.
