This experience was horrible. This company does not honor their 24 hour service. Nor do they provide the so call service over the weekend when issues occur. After the second time of them not showing up when a request was made, they called us to cancel us. This is unacceptable and a horrible way to do business. Do not use this company in any way. Their services are horrible. We were told that we were only on this schedule for twice a week. And we're supposed to be on the schedule every day. OF course, that nurse did not show up. Save yourself time and money and go with another company

Have used Adoration’s services twice in the past two years for my 84-year-old father after hospitalizations when he needed additional home therapies to get back on his feet. The therapy staff is incredible. They did a terrific job of pinpointing the best way to help Dad get the most out of his exercise regimen, but also were respectful of those times when Dad juat didn’t feel up to a workout and modified exercises so he could still get some benefit. Their nurses who do home visits were wonderful, too. We feel certain Adoration’s services have helped Dad maintain much of his independence and quality of life.

We used Adoration to provide home health services to my Mom (age 99) after a partial hip replacement. The physical therapists we worked with were absolutely outstanding (Taylor and Melody). They both treated my mom with kindness - yet really pushed her to achieve success. Seema - her Occupational Therapist - was a burst of positive energy and she gave my mom a “can do” mind set. While the visiting nurses were somewhat inconsistent in wound care skills - they got the job done and her wounds healed - with a little help from Indy Wound (highly recommend). Nurse Gwen was particularly gifted and wonderful to work with.

Premier Hospice provided Mom excellent care through her final two months of life. Mom dreaded and tried to avoid hospice care at first; but she was pleasantly surprised and extremely grateful for it once she was under their care. They were very prompt with getting Mom set up, and took care of informing us every step of the way. We were very impressed from the very first meeting with Lisa. It only got better...Jennifer, her nurse, made the transition for Mom a positive experience. She was compassionate, knowledgeable, and very personable. She provided top notch care of my mother from the first visit until the funeral home picked her body up. She was heading back to see Mom when she passed even though she wasn't the nurse on call at the time. She patiently waited for family to arrive to spend time with Mom and say goodbye to her. Then notified the funeral home, and waited until they picked her up. We couldn't ask for anyone to have done anymore. My Dad's only regret through this whole process was that he couldn't be put under Jennifer's care from now on. She was perfect in every sense of the word. We would highly recommend this company.

I have had 6 of my own family members on hospice services with Premier over the years and we had so much support from Premier staff. The care and compassion was more than we expected. Hospice isn’t about helping someone die, but providing quality of life and compassion, making what ever time is left the best it can be. From the equipment they brought in to all the staff, nurses, aids, social workers and chaplains. They covered everything we needed and was proactive on the things we didn’t even know we needed. Premier was and is a God send. I highly recommend them.
