The Scottsburg office has been very poor with communication. They told my sister they could provide services for my elderly mother 3 days a week and from the first day that was changed to 2 days per week. Although I am very sensitive to staff becoming ill and having staffing issues my Mom has been lucky to have 5 visits since starting services with them. They told my mother on two occasions someone would be there the next day and no one showed. They recently told my sister they found someone to do three days per week only today to indicate this might not be the possibility. They say they have called and Mom did not answer, Mom states the phone rang one time. There have been no calls to my sister. We want our mother cared for- I have been driving 2 1/2 hours one way two days per week to ensure she is bathed and her home clean. We don’t feel this is too much to expect from a company who stated they could provide the care Mom needs
