The nurse was amazing, otherwise not happy with the services, supplies had to come from Louisville each week, sometimes they were on time other times they were not, sometimes waiting on supplies-which was his nutrition you aren't supposed to run out of and then getting them at midnight , trying to get someone to call you back about supplies and making sure the supplies were correct was a nightmare, lots of big mistakes were made -the Dr had to get involved, now after the fact trying to pay the bill has taken several months, no one to talk to on phone, you leave a message and they don't return your call, make a payment , their system messes up -have to call back- asked for corporates number yep have to leave a message, been trying to pay bill for 6 months now , the entire experience was very stressful and exhausting-still is, the last thing you need when you have a serious complex medical issue requiring care, thankful for a good nurse but otherwise we will never use them again

I highly recommend Ascension at home with compasses.. They helped with my Aunt after a heart attack and a fall. The ladies were very helpful in getting her back on her feet and able to live independently for several years..

Nurse didn't catch that my meds where not right then the other nurse cancells at 438 pm I could say more all I have to say God help us the health care industry is not right you have to pay attention don't take there word for anything especially medications

Ascension at Home was with me for 4-5 weeks post surgery for wound care. My Nurse Debbie was amazing. She was very flexible with my schedule (I enjoyed the early mornings) and so sweet with my family. She listened to my concerns daily and kept on top of any changes. I was very fortunate to have her as a part of my care team.
