Caregivers lack professional boundaries, acted inappropriately. One repeatedly showed up unexpectedly without any employee identification, wanted me to call her after hours "if I needed anything", said Horizon staff spoke badly of me. I could go on and on... Worst experience I've had with caregivers is this company. What a shame.
