I strongly caution anyone considering this company for care. Communication is consistently poor, and the human resources department is unprofessional and dismissive. If you raise concerns, you risk losing services rather than having your issues addressed. There is a pervasive culture of intimidation and a lack of accountability—problems are not owned, and clients or staff who speak up are often removed rather than supported. It’s important to note that the aides themselves are not the problem; they are often competent and caring. The issues stem from a lack of proper vetting, inadequate oversight, and minimal follow-through with both clients and employees. There is essentially no structured infrastructure in place beyond the owner, and office staff do not actively supervise or support the team in a meaningful way. This company appears to prioritize profit over people. When aides are not supported, clients suffer. The frequent change of ownership should be a warning sign of instability. In my experience, this company operates in a way that is concerning and, frankly, should be subject to review by insurance and regulatory authorities.

The nurses and PA's from Community serve our house well. We couldn't ask for a more responsible and work-minded main PA and when she was off this last week, although we did have two different fill-ins, they picked up the specifics for each client quickly and were very proficient, friendly and proactive.
