Nurse Marcie Spencer is a true angel! Words cannot fully express the gratitude I feel for our Parkview Hospice nurse, Marcie Spencer. During one of the most heartbreaking times in our lives, Marci showed up with unwavering compassion, skill, and support. She was always available — answering every call and text — and never once made us feel like a burden. My loved one was in a deplorable facility at his most vulnerable, and it was Marci who helped us move him to The Cedars in Leo, ensuring he received the care he deserved. She went above and beyond in every way, not just as a nurse, but as a human being. She treated us like family, and I will never forget her kindness and strength. Parkview is incredibly lucky to have her — and so were we.

Parkview hospice took care of my mom, Ruby and myself for her last few months. Every person that came to the house was excellent, caring, respectful and concerned for my mom's comfort and concern for my well being also. If I could give them a 0 star I would! My mother went into Parkview Hospice on November 8th, 2019. She came to my home and lived with me. I met 1 nurse, the day they enrolled her! Never spoke to a doctor and they never came to see her. She passed away on November 24, 2019. To say that they care for our loved ones is a very incorrect statement. They sign them up, and send them on their way in a very corporate manner. If your loved one is entering hospice I would recommend finding another provider.
