This agency was recommended through a home health aide that does a fairly good job. I transferred my mom from another agency because Amanda said that they had a nurse available only to hear now that my mom is left with no one to care for because insurance hasn’t accepted her yet . How can that be when I previously transferred my mom no other Agencies they never Abandoned her & just don’t send no one what kind of business would do an elderly person that way. I ask for anyone looking for there love one home health agency be aware of miss lead presentation they say one thing & once your under them they talk smart to you like your the problem
