I have nothing but positive things to say about Acme Home Health Care. I work for Acme, and my sister also receives nursing services through them, so I have seen firsthand the exceptional care they provide to both patients and employees. Acme supported my professional growth by fronting the cost of my education and allowing repayment through payroll deductions. After remaining with the company for over a year as a CNA, they recognized my loyalty and dedication by reimbursing the full $450. That level of investment in employees is rare and truly meaningful. From a patient-care perspective, Acme is proactive and attentive. When my sister’s condition worsens, additional nursing support is promptly arranged, with RNs monitoring her closely to ensure her safety and help prevent unnecessary ER visits. This approach provides our family with confidence, reassurance, and most of all, peace of mind. Acme supports both patients and staff in practical, and meaningful ways. They assist with transportation needs through gas cards when necessary and provide employees access to professional attire such as scrubs, with upfront costs covered by them and employees pay back through payroll deductions. Acme also helps ensure patients have essential supplies and equipment — including wheelchairs and protective items — so care is delivered safely and with dignity. When needed, they also offer guidance with end-of-life planning, helping patients and families prepare and easing the burden on caregivers. I would like to recognize Kamala, one of the owners and directors of Acme Home Health Care, whose leadership and oversight truly distinguish the organization. She maintains an active, hands-on presence and is involved from onboarding through ongoing practice. Kamala is deeply committed to employee competency, regulatory compliance, and maintaining consistent standards of high-quality patient care. Acme ensures all staff — including those caring for family members — receive appropriate training, guidance, and resources to provide care professionally, ethically, and in alignment with clinical expectations. When on the clock, loved ones are treated as patients, and a high standard of knowledgeable, accountable care is required. As someone who cares for a family member, I truly appreciate this structure. Acme helps caregivers maintain clear professional boundaries while ensuring loved ones are treated as patients. The expectation is that care is delivered ethically and consistently, in accordance with professional guidelines and quality standards. This approach provides clarity, accountability, and peace of mind for both caregivers and families. I would also like to recognize Tawnie, my RN supervisor, whose leadership is defined by both clinical excellence and genuine compassion. She is deeply committed to ensuring CNAs and Home Health Aides are well trained, knowledgeable, and confident in the field, while also truly caring about the well-being of both employees and patients. Tawnie consistently goes above and beyond to support her staff and advocate for those in our care, demonstrating through her actions and professionalism how much each employee and patient matters to her. Acme Home Health Care is an organization rooted in professionalism, compassion, and accountability. I would confidently recommend their services to anyone in need of them.

A family member recently used ACME Home Health and had an excellent experience. From the efficient process working with the rehab center to transition to home care to the in-home nurse assessment, OT and PT, the experience was smooth, well communicated, and tailored just right for the needs in recovery. The nurse went above and beyond to help assess and manage situations and offer advice and recommendations. The OT and PT were personable, professional, and caring. It was comforting to know they had our family member’s best interests in mind. I would highly recommend ACME.

I have had three knee surgeries since 2018. Each time I received physical Therapy home health care. This time has been quite an exception.Sali has been wonderful, understanding, professional and has a wonderful personality. She has a great personality working with me during my physical therapy and always makes me feel better by the time she leaves. She is outstanding!
