My mother has had a home health aide supplied by Bayada since my father passed away almost two years ago because her first degree relatives do not live within driving distance of her home. Bayada’s service has been nothing short of outstanding from the case managers, registered nurses, and home health aides assigned for her case down to the answering service which has always been responsive seven days a week. Our family could not continue to feel comfortable about our mom’s decision to live independently in her home without them. I recommend their services without reservation to anyone interested in supporting their loved one’s decision to live independently without fear.

It is not often that I write reviews and compliment a employee, but after my encounter with Andrea Terrell I feel this writing is absolutely necessary. She was my first phone contact with the company. It was her kindness and warmth of her voice that was so inviting and won me over. When meeting her in person it was more of the same only at a higher level. Andrea makes you feel appreciated and needed. Her professionalism is above reproach. She set a tone that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She smiled and actively and attentively listened to me. She represents Bayada well and should be recognized for her efforts. She would be a assets to any organization. First impressions count for much. Bayada is fortunate to have her. I would recommend this company to other nurses just because of the encounter I had with her.
