Nurse Kim York is the ‘Best’. She was very caring, informative and helpful to all of my concerns. Her patience and meticulous way in teaching me how to take care of my wound and stoma was phenomenal. She made it clear and the importance on each step in cleansing and replacing the dressing on the stoma area. The #1 nurse that was sent out for my home care. She was a blessing to me and I’m everyone that she’s came in contact with feels the same.

Therapists, and RN'S showed respect and were very patient and kind. Appointments are scheduled the night before instead of weekly or a schedule of appointments for a month, which for me long-term scheduling is preferable.

After being told now by 3 different people that supplies had been ordered, we still have not received them. One of your own nurses even let you know what was missing and still nothing. We also found out from our supply company that we were lied to and could have been ordering them ourselves all along.

I was actually only considering 2 stars. Since I started none of the nurses have ever been on time for an appointment time they give. In fact, multiple times in my short time being a client they have texted when already late by an hour and gave me appointment time as much as two hours later from original scheduled appointment. I also would like a continuous care giver. Every nurse has been different?? How can you establish a healthcare rapport? I also think one nurse during a visit was on substance as she was literally going in and outta sleep mode sitting on my couch! She would talk and when I responded she was in LA LA Land with eyes closed. She also accepted a call during my appointment and put on speaker phone. The other end of line the gentleman asked if she was already high because she had called previously to tell him the same thing about kids? She immediately laughed and took off speaker phone! I was shocked but I think as a client so unprofessional. Kinda glad she at least has not been back! Your appointment timing could be 100% better as opposed to making clients sit around all day for appointments. It has happened literally 95% nurses have been late but not bothered to call or text after an hour of already being late saying running behind! Honestly, while home service has been beneficial to me the overall services have been subpar.

I am extremely pleased with all of my therapists and nurses. I was thrilled that I met my 2 major goals:rising alone from my bed and now managing the staircase with only standby assistance. I am truly grateful for the progress that I made with their encouragement. I am now working on life enrichment activities and looking forward to enjoying my life again. This has been a wonderful experience for me. I would choose this company again in a heartbeat. Thank you all.
