Trying to get a breathing machine I guess they work with community health Network rude people even people that does not speak English hard to understand, even when nurse called to get my breathing machine she talked to a different lady and she was rude!!!! We're going to the new place we're avoiding this one here in fishers!! I cannot believe they're even linked to the Community Hospital. How do you send confirmation order was taken. 24 hours later and you have my DOB wrong& Info.. in a foreigner that don't even understand English, and then accuse me of profanity. There needs to be some real job coaching in this building to get service terrible service birth wrong in the computer...!;

I contacted billing department with an issue and they sent me to customer service where I wasn’t even able to explain what and why I was transferred it was a straight dismissal. The lady said let me transfer you to our billing department, before I could say NO she did. Billing sends me to another representative Denkia. She went above and beyond, doing more to assist than the entire customer service line. I even got her direct number line and told her I would be calling her next time. She laughed and said that is fine. She went outside her job description just to help me, and apologized. My positive experience with Denkia was the only bright spot.

Very poor customer service, especially the billing department. I regularly receive calls asking if I'm ready to order more supplies despite telling them not to call me. I ordered once and it's taken months to resolve the errors in billing. To see an itemized bill, I had to call and request it be mailed to me. It's not available online. I do not recommend ordering cpap supplies and definitely do not recommend setting up auto pay with a credit card. I'll go elsewhere for supplies from now on.

This company over charges for basic home health supplies. It is very hard to get an answer on the phone and they continue charging her what they say are insurance guidelines three months after they have sent you equipment. If you’re looking for CPAP equipment, you can do a much better job with price and less hassle online.
