The feeling of unprofessional attitude and nobody gave us clarification on the questions we had and then being told that at this one point, she couldn’t get paid for our mom and now all of a sudden she can be paid! Then there is the feeling that people didn’t know their jobs let alone, when asked how one came up with five hours that question was never answered, giving that she was never assessed by a RN to understand how many hours she would need at her level. We were advised by medical professional to seek a different company due to the process of assessing her condition is the most important step the first step to establish hours of Care she would need. The hours of care were never assessed nor established by an RN, Then there’s the Call that RN made to the family member. She confused them as an employee. It was made very clear to us by not to blur, the to lines of business, the nurse blurred the line & she was scared for being her. To add to this there is the three days she attended for orientation & she was told, she would be paid for those days, to this date there been no pay $18 *24 hours of pay, this reflects negatively, if this is a reflection on how you do business thank you but no thanks. It’s been over a month and still receive no pay for the orientation. This company is owned by an investment group. They have no concerns about the little people it about the profits!!! . Seek out locally owned companies, over this corporate owned company. Don’t waste your time, run don’t walk again not worth your time. I’m someone is the one that suffered at there lack of awareness of the process of staff learning the process & steps of doing there jobs. Communication skills are critical & there is a huge lack of communication skills.

If I could give them a o if I could DO NOT USE THEM HORRIBLE I have a catheter that has to be changed monthly it is always a hassle to get them to come out on timely basis and they never respond to calls my cath came out and I called all day without a return call and it finally came out informed them and was told they have no one to send have go emergency room which for me would involve ambulance and all the cost of emergency room the are dangerous if you have any skilled nursing service needs please don’t use these company

My mom is a patient with Purpose. They are so unorganized and not very reliable. There is a different Nurse each visit, if she gets a visit. The therapist doesn't stay his whole time. Their communication is horrible, I have been calling and leaving messages with no return call. I will be calling medicare to see if they are charging her. I will be reporting them. I gave 1 star because it would not post with 0 stars

I was left alone for a week with no health care workers due to management change instead of compensating me, they cut me off and made my Aid leave early I’m disabled and need help. Who does clients like that? I am looking for another home healthcare place as I speak and Yes, staff is very unorganized and most definitely care about the money more than the people! Smh!

Purpose Home Care was awesome! I use them for my skilled nursing needs. Unfortunately, I had to leave because they had a hard time finding nurses available at 8:00 a.m. for 2 hours, 2 times a week. I definitely recommend them to those that don't need nursing services until after 9:00 a.m. Everyone I met and communicated with are very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I really hated having to leave. I would jump back in a heartbeat if they can find someone to consistently fill my shifts at the Times needed and communicate with others that could cover when needed.
