Excellent nursing care. Very poor office help. We have worked off and on with Maxim for 20 years. The new clinical nurse, Heather, they sent us recently was unprofessional and arrogant. We have never had a problem before Heather came. Now it's a mess.

Our family has had a wonderful experience with our daughter’s nursing agency over the past year. The nurses who care for Nova have truly become like family. I trust them completely—whether I need to step out of the house, get some rest, or when my husband is working, I know she is safe and cared for. Like any agency, there have been a few nurses who weren’t the right fit, and we did have to let a couple go for issues like falling asleep or not meeting our needs. The great thing is that you get to meet each nurse beforehand for a meet-and-greet, which really gives you a chance to see if they’ll be a good match for your family. The nurses come trained, but once they’re in your home, you can guide them on what works best for your loved one’s specific care. As for Maxim, they have been incredibly helpful from the beginning—supportive, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions. They’ve worked hard to make sure we have consistent, reliable nurses for Nova. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this agency. You can count on them to care for your loved one, and I truly hope your experience is as positive as ours has been.
