This organization is extremely unreliable. If you have a caregiver scheduled on a day you have work, plans or a trip, always make sure to have a backup, because you're going to need it! And NEVER be fooled by the phone call the night before CONFIRMING to you that they WILL be there.....it's backfired several times for us!!

Personal Touch Home Care took wonderful care of me after an awful accident. It was so nice to recover at home. Their nurses are professional and caring. My wounds healed quickly without complications. Personal Touch Home Care also took care of my grandmother after her hip replacement. The nurses and physical therapist had her back on her feet in no time. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family
