Do not go here, they charge varying amounts for each appointment when you're doing the same thing with the same people. I have days where I was charged 200 ish and days when I was charged almost SIX HUNDRED dollars. that's for an hour of doing STRETCHES. You are better of just sitting at home and googling some stretches to do if you can. 5 grand for a month of doing stretches two days a week for almost an hour.

A couple years ago I went to them for my knee, and during the last visit the guy who was seeing me said "if this didn't help, let me know at our next visit and we can try something else." But my next appointment was a followup where they check your progress, and the woman who asked me questions said that since I didn't have any improvement they couldn't see me anymore. I tried to explain that the guy said he has other techniques we could try next week and she said it didn't matter, that if I hadn't seen progress by now I wasn't going to. She just stared at me without saying anything else until I got up and left. It was the most awkward experience I've ever had with a medical professional. Still got a bill for $400 though. Even though she didn't allow me to finish my PT. I was referred to physical therapy for my shoulder last week, and made sure my referral was sent to Kort instead of KDH. It reminded me that I never left a review for this experience.

Unfortunately, I think they did a bad job of pacing my rehab appointments. I only had 20 available from my insurance, and they probably should have scheduled me for less early-on after my surgery. Now I could still benefit from more rehab, but I can no longer afford to go. This is not just my personal opinion. I transferred to a different physical therapist in Jeffersonville with six sessions left to go, and this was their take on the situation. I think the staff at Norton is a little young and not as experienced, which contributed to this. I really liked everyone there, but I think there must be some management issues. My recommendation would be to shop around with different therapists in the area if you can.
