We were never explained certain fees and when the equipment did not work in our space they charged us 150.00!!!! I tried calling the manager about it since my husband is battling Glioblastoma and he said he would look into it and call me back. Have never heard back. Will never call this company for future needs.

Stay away. The rehab facility placed the order for a lift, and I was provided different information before dellivery and when delivered. We needed a lift for my sister and now I'll be out of over $2500 for a lift I can get on Amazon for $850. Don't let "Christian" deceive you cause they're anything but Christian, ripping off people who live paycheck to paycheck, and scamming Medicare. Yoy bet I'm reporting them to Medicare for fraud.

They robbed my mom. She received a hoyer lift and ordered a reclining full size wheelchair. Paid a required $150 co payment. They brought the hoyer lift to the house along with a pediatric wheelchair. My mom is small. But that is not what we wanted. (Bait and switch). They took the wheelchair back and billed Medicare for the items that were never delivered _ that is fraud! Medicare informed us the copayments were $14. A far cry from $150. This happened in June it’s September she still doesn’t have her wheelchair. We are turning the case over to Medicare and IG.

My father of 98 and WW 2 veteran purchased a brand new motorized scooter. It was delivered on july 17. While being delivered he fell from his other scooter and injured himself. He was hospitalized and eventually passed away on August 3rd. Unfortunately he was never able to use it. Medicare covered approximately 2800 dollars and my father paid out of pocket 1200 dollars. When I called Christian Services and told them what had happened they mentioned they would need to check with Medicare to see if the scooter would be covered. After placing several phone calls to them I finally got a call back. They said the Medicare paid there portion so the scooter was ours to keep if we wanted it. I asked if they would take the scooter back and they agreed but would only offer 600 dollars in return. So the way I see it the scooter was paid in full and they wanted to offer me 600 dollars instead of the 1200 hundred my father paid mind you it was never used then more than likely sell it again for the same amount and possibly Medicare paying for it again. Sorry but this seems criminal to me. They preach Christianity and how they help the elderly and sick but my father rest his soul got swindled. I’ll never recommend this bunch of scoundrels to anyone.

Liza and Duke were very helpful with the purchase and instructions of a Rollator for my mother. Liza was also helpful with providing wound care supplies at a reasonable price. Thank you both!
