If I could leave zero stars or negative stars I would. After being in the hospital for 8 days I was sent home to recover on IV antibiotics. Someone from this company was suppose to come out yesterday to administer my medication. No one did no one even called me to set anything up. I called them and was told they thought they were to come out Friday. Today is Friday and I had to contact them and it took them 30 minutes to get back to me. If that were true, wouldn’t my file have been the first thing on their list of things to do? They’re a bunch of liars. I was never contacted to set up a time. When I did talk to someone their excuse were closed for the holiday, unacceptable. You’re dealing with people’s health, everyone can’t be off. So not only is this company callous putting their holiday above my health, they’re unorganized because it took them 30 minutes to get back to me. When they did their main concern was getting paid. Not making sure I hadn’t missed a dose of my medication not sending someone immediately to give me my medicine. Remember I’d been in the hospital 8 days and then home for 2 they had 10 days to verify my insurance. And instead of calling to immediately have someone come show me how to use my medication she was proudly calling to make excuses tell lies and secure payment. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve had in an already insurmountable difficult time. Hope health is full of greed incompetency and callousness. And I HOPE you choose a different company to administer your care.
