Don't consider this agency if you're seeking care for your love ones or employment . This is a very shady and sheisty company‼️My 79 year old father who has dementia was sent a caregiver that took total advantage of his condition. The caretaker's name is Chavelle she is still employed by divine home care services and the people that manage this office whose names are Abby O. and Gwen don't even care they instantly took the caregivers side and made condescending remarks towards me. With my repeated attempts to report the issues they kept telling me a supervisor would call me back and that she wasn't in the office and I was constantly sent me to voicemail. After I finally talking to Abbey O. the so called supervisor that runs this incompetent, unprofessional establishment, she became very confrontational with a elevated speaking voice still defending the caregiver that told my dad that she needed money which he obliged and gave her $600 from his bank account. She also drank alcohol with him during and after her shift and he also stated she came to his home dressed very lasciviously. She never even performed the responsibilities that were listed in his care log besides going out to eat with him and drinking alcohol with him to get him drunk to better take advantage of getting money out of him. The management office of his building has footage of her fraternizing with my father outside of her shift from the very first day she started as his caretaker. Please be aware of divine home care services because they staff caregivers that take advantage of the elderly suffering from dementia /Alzheimer's disease and this shady management could care absolutely less‼️ They chose to blame the victim and his family they took no accountability. And now my father is deceased.

To whom it may concern. I want to take this time to express the GRATITUDE I have towards Ms. Gwen and the job she’s doing. I care for my dad Eugene Hibler & Loretta Wright. Working with relatives can sometimes cause my times and clock-ins to be all over the place. While I spend more time at my dad’s house than my own, I can easily lose track of time and forget to clock-in or out. When I call Ms. Gwen, she is always so pleasant. She doesn’t forget my requests nor does she make me feel uncomfortable with calling the office. She is definitely the best fellow employee I’ve ever experienced with this company. Kudos to Ms. Gwen! The care givers didn't show up just as often as they did. They were supposed to be there 4 times a week to help my Dad. At least twice a week, they wouldn't show up or call off after they were already supposed to be there. Dad would call the office, and they would apologize and say we'll call you back. Most of the time, they didn't. There was never a replacement sent that day, which was no help. The reason I gave them 2 stars is that when they did show up, they did a decent job.

Awesome Agency. Professionally great, the caregiver they assigned to my grand dad was a life safe. I will recommend this agency any day. Thank you Divine.
