Nurse comes in my home with no mask, no gloves. She goes to sick people’s houses (obviously hence “home health”) but tells me “that’s not our policy” Well. It’s my policy. Don’t bring germs into my house after I’ve had SEPSIS. To do a fingerstick, she pushes the button then PUSHES THE NEEDLE HARDER into my finger. NOT NECESSARY!! She always just seemed unsure of what she was doing. Never will they take care of me again. And none of them realize 92% Oxygen saturation isn’t normal.

I got a call from nurse Julie at 10pm. She said she would call the next morning and give me a time. She called at 3:45pm the next day and said she would be there in 45min. I told her me and my wife would do it. Never heard from them again. Bad communications. Not dependable
