A sign was posted outside to tour facility. Upon entering and meeting the facility representative the first words spoken was we are private pay not medicaid. What a turn off! There was only one resident visible on the memory care floor sitting with family and no staff. It was a well maintained facility but left us with the questions of why the secure memory floor had the spa/beauty area, physical therapy and laundry which was not shown to us. No other homes or the first floor were shown to us with vague explanations.

My mother in law has lived at Park Place for the last 8 months. We moved her from another retirement community to be closer to us. I have nothing but positive things to say about her home. Her apartment is beautiful, spacious, & modern. The entire building is always very clean & inviting. The staff is phenomenal. I am always greeted when I arrive to visit. The decor is right out of a magazine. The food is fantastic & we absolutely love that we are able to go eat with her & the other residents. Everyone is so kind & happy. The amount of activities they offer is beyond our expectations to keep her busy.

My mom has lived at Park Place for 2 years, and my father-in-law lives there as well. All I have is high praise regarding the facility and its staff. The building is beautiful, and always so clean. They decorate it nicely for each changing season. The staff is truly caring and very friendly to both the residents and their families. My mom enjoys the food and the dining room is inviting. The amount of activities they provide is truly incredible. There is always something going on, and with the wide variety they offer, there is something for everyone. The residents can be busy all day long, or they can just relax by the fire, or in their room. The salon for hair and nails is very nice, and the gals there are also very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Park Place. They truly are second to none.

My mom has been at Park Place in the Independent Living section since September of 2019. Her experience there has been nothing short of spectacular. They treat their residents as family and really go above and beyond for them. I have been there almost daily since my mom moved there and has since transitioned into their Catered Living section since its implementation. My mom has had several trips to the hospital and Park Place has always been accommodating with situations when she has returned. The staff has always been beyond friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them if you or someone you know is looking for a place to move to in the senior years of life.
