The nurses and social workers here were so kind, understanding and helpful when my mother was placed on hospice. She was coming into the facility with no clothes. They helped to get her everything she needed and helped me to organize her departure and getting her set up with another hospice in another state. I am so grateful for everything they have done for us. Thank you to Jennifer and Jody especially. I couldn’t have pulled this off without you.

Angels on earth. The support and compassion they gave to our family as we said goodbye to our loved one will never be forgotten. It takes a special type of person to do what they do and we are forever grateful to them.

We switched my mom from another hospice to Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice of the Wabash Valley. They were absolutely amazing and compassionate. Unfortunately my mom was only in their care for a little more than 24 hours before she passed. They made the last hours of her life peaceful and pain free. We are forever grateful to her nurses Mona and Jennifer 🙏

I was a at home patient . I had an amputation and I was in Iv antibiotics. I had MRSA . I had many sharp containers that the nurses didn’t take with them to dispose of properly. I had to move from Terre Haute 4 Hours away to be with family . I called VNA several times to ask them to dispose of these containers . They wouldn’t come and get them and told me to throw them away in regular trash . These needles had body fluids in them . I was in Shock at the response and lack of care .

I could not have asked for a better group of caring persons. My Mom was only in their care for a few days but what a great group of people. She had an aide named Bonnie that was great. She showed us the u nit and where everything was. All of the nurses were great. They even gave Mom a Prayer Bear that volunteers had made. They made the entire process as painless as it could be. It takes special people to work in that environment and the have the best of the bunch. I am so glad that we also picked the Gibson Hospice unit.
