Worst home health care experience I’ve ever had. Would not recommend any one to use this company. Sherry will lie to you and family. Owner used to be eager and involved in patient care. Not so much anymore. I will not ever use Caring First again after being treated so poorly. Definitely needs to be a new director of nursing. According to their director of nursing policies override patient’s rights. Do yourself a favor and look at any other home health service they are not worth the headache. The physical therapist is great but the nurses car is subpar!
