Beyond Upset
I went to the interview as scheduled. Waited for almost an hour and then was told that there was no interview. Judging by the reviews ,I think I dodged a bullet.

I am giving two stars solely due to Amanda’s professionalism and welcoming demeanor. Unfortunately, the experience with the other two staff members did not reflect the same standard. They appeared unengaged and dismissive, offering minimal acknowledgment during greetings or farewells. I recommend that the team adopt the level of attentiveness and customer service that Amanda consistently demonstrated to ensure a positive and uniform experience for all visitors, whether they are seeking assistance or providing information.

Management isn't the greatest, the only nice people you'll meet is HR and the hiring manager. Supervisors literally do not communicate professionally and it wasn't the greatest 1st experience in home health care.
