I 100% recommend this company for nursing, caregiving, and therapy. Nurses come from many different background to meet all patient needs including, geriatric, pediatrics, wound care, emergency, ICU, dialysis, cardiac, orthopedic, medication assistance, etc… There’s physical, occupational and speech therapy available to come to your loved one’s home in the event traveling to a clinic may be too difficult to commit to, whether that be for physical reasons or transportation reasons. Both home health aids and certified nursing aids available to help your loved ones with meals, bathing/dressing, medications, companionship, activities. The environment in the office is alway light, positive and welcoming. Staff turn over rate is low, providing consistent care and support.

The people I talked with were friendly, helpful and caring. Mom and I enjoyed meeting the nurse and she conveniently came to my home for the consultation. I also found them to be very responsive to emails which was great. Another plus is the flexibility offered in scheduling frequency and duration of visits.

My mother and I have used Right AT Home for about 11 months now. We are very pleased with their service. Each person who has helped us has been wonderful. They are very attentive to my mother, and do everything we ask of them during their time in our home. It allows me to take breaks from care giving, and I am very comfortable leaving the house with them caring for mom. Mom loves having other people to visit with. We don't always have a lot of actual work for them to do, and then they spend time with mom helping her with her hobbies and visiting and keeping her company, and mom feels very special. The office also provides information to our long term care insurance company in a timely manner so that records are up to date and completed for them to provide the plan details for us in a timely manner as well. I would recommend them highly.

Right at Home's service has been wonderful and we have been customers for about two years. My Mother at 94 lives alone with beginning dementia and is hard of hearing. Saying she is not any easy woman to get along with might be understated. All of our family is out of state. We needed a service that could encompass several needs When Stephanie did the initial interview she listened closely as to what my Mom's needs would entail and made some suggestions for care that we had no idea were available. Right at Home has provided Mom with nursing care and home care. I found the nurses to be extremely skilled and the service was able to provide just the right nurse for the right situation. They were on time, dependable, very accommodating, and did a good job of consulting with our family, and her doctors, as to her ongoing care. The in home care has been a blessing. With a simple call from either myself or my Mom, someone will be provided to help her with either housework or taking her to get groceries. Because Mom forgets what she needs, If Right at Home has not heard from her in a little while, they call her to see if she needs help. Right at home assures me Mom has good care, when she needs it, and I am so grateful for this service. Thank you Right at Home! Christine
