Was having some difficulty getting used to my new cpap machine since I had my old one for 10 years. Talked to the respiratory therapist Ryley and she was so helpful and understanding!!! She gave me extra time to explain the different mask options and was so very sweet!

I had a stellar experience with the young woman who helped me. She was knowledgeable, courteous and really friendly. And she was not at all annoyed when I mispronounced her name. ;-) I had trouble with the company I used to use in another state and was concerned she would not be able to get my records and my CPAP switched over but it was no trouble for her. I received the help I needed to obtain my supplies and ensure a good fit. Communication has also been good. They reached out to me when I was due for my supplies and scheduled when it was convenient for me. I am retired so it is easier for me to schedule during the day.

Terrible service. They keep bugging you on the phone. When they say they will get back to you, they don't. But they keep bugging you to buy more supplies. You can't go into their locations, because the hours are Terrible. They no longer open on Saturday and close at 5. How are you supposed to get in there if you have a regular job. One night a little later or Saturday morning would make a lot of sense.
