Thank goodness for Family Care!!! My daughter has Spina Bifida, and needs assistance with daily tasks like dressing herself, using the restroom, and getting ready for her day. The home health aides are here (and cheerful!) every morning at 6am to assist her! In the past, she has also had some instances where she needed some serious nursing- following a spine surgery, issues with pressure sores, and home IV infusions. Family Care staff - aides and skilled nurses- has been there to support us every step of her Spina Bifida journey. They even provide respite care in the afternoons after my daughter arrives home from school. We don't know what we'd do without Family Care!

And the Administration works diligently to ensure client concerns are addressed and that safety is maintained. Family Care Solutions has been a part of our family for 17 yrs. We have a special needs son who is 20 and another who is 13. The caregivers are great, friendly and trustworthy. The office staff is equally as great and always manage to accommodate our needs even when I don’t make it easy. We’ll continue to use FCS for all of our respite services.

We have been using Family Care Solutions since my son was three. He’s now 14. So a very long time. They provide him with the most awesome caring aides possible. He gets very excited when his favorites are coming. Which is great for me. I actually get a nice break to catch up on other stuff that needs done or just enjoy my quiet time. And they provide help with his personal needs as well; being I do have my own health issues.
