Where do I begin with EveryStep and the compassionate staff who cared for our mother? From the the moment mother started receiving hospice care to her last moments- EveryStep was literally there caring for mother's every need, our every concern, and providing every comfort, 'EveryStep' of the way. I have never personally witnessed the level of care my mother received from any other type of hospice agency. They are careful to hire staff that truly understand the meaning of the word compassion. I want to thank Katie our social worker who made a special birthday cake for mother knowing her family was so far away. She continually thought of ways to soothe and comfort our mother even playing hymnals in the background for mother. The nursing staff is second to none. Kathleen, Ana, Deanna, were continually updating me almost daily of mother's mood, health, and well-being with kindness and true concern both for our family and for our mother. No request was ignored. Chaplain Gordon read scripture with mother and prayed with her encouraging her along the way. Amy and Rose were always available for any questions or concerns. I simply have never experienced a better run group of people who preform God's work on earth. Words are empty and hollow in describing my (my family's) deep gratitude for taking such care of our dear mother knowing all her children lived so far away. EveryStep (Katie) even made it possible for me to travel back to the United States to visit my mother, one last time. How does one put a value to such extraordinary service? How will we ever be able to fully express what all of you did to vastly improve my mother's last days on this earth and to heal our pain for not being closer to our beloved mother near the end of her journey? May God keep you and Bless all of you for you truly are angels on earth. You make it possible to believe in the scripture, "...surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever." My parents were both in home hospice care at the same time. The staff and volunteers at EveryStep were amazing. From the nurses, social workers, chaplin, etc. What an amazing group. They worked together with the staff at the assisted living facility to keep my parents together in their apartment. They died three weeks apart. Thank you EveryStep for your kind and compassionate care.

Rosie House

We were blessed with EveryStep's caring staff for the last week of our daughter's life. Everyone was so very kind, caring, and professional not only during our short time left with our daughter, but also after she passed. They reached out to ensure we were ok and to offer their grief counseling services. Our daughter's care team also sent us a very kind sympathy card and a metal rose sculpture. Above and beyond and so appreciated!

Everyone whom we came in contact with during the several weeks of my husband's hospice care were great. Couldn't have asked for better attention and care. I highly recommend EveryStep. Everyone I’ve come into contact with at this organization has been absolutely amazing. I called EveryStep hospice only four days ago for my grandpa, had the hospital send a referral, and received a call from the hospice nurse that same day. My dad and I have received so much support during these past four days that has assured us my grandpa is receiving superior care during his last days. I cannot thank the EveryStep hospice team enough. Thank you!!
