High anger score people can't be pleased, and write many more reviews than people with better dispositions. In my job I evaluate rural hospitals, and I'd happily be a patient at this hospital for conditions within their capabilities.

IN MY OPINION it is SAFER to go to a better and bigger er as in Sioux City or Cherokee, or somewhere. They treat you as if you are lying or over exaggerating about your pain. I’ve been dealing with this for SEVERAL months. I would have chest pain and stomach pain and every darn time “it’s just acid reflux and anxiety”, okay yes I do have that but it’s not that every freaking time. Take a hint please! So a family member of mine rushed me to a Sioux City er called “mercy one” when they realized that I have gallstones stuck in my bile duct and my gallbladder is inflamed and infected! They gave me many antibiotics through an iv. They couldn’t do surgery there as they had no surgeon that day. They were calling close by to see when I can get emergency surgery. Ohama, Nebraska, etc. The closest one and not a full one they could do was Norfolk, Nebraska called “faith regional”. I was rushed by amulance to have more antibiotics in my iv and medicine by mouth. Had my gallstones surgery first then gallbladder surgery after both in less then 24 hours of each other because it was dangerous! So thank god for there nurses and doctors. Please take the drive to Cherokee or Sioux City or anywhere better, sorry.

I'm sitting here in the emergency room with my husband strapped to a pressure taker and the alarm has been going off on it for like ten minutes or so and no one has been in to even check in on us. To be honest I have been in the er for 4 hours and the gave me test results and then have no checked on me since. I think this is probably the worst hospital I have ever been to.
