I would give my visit 5 stars as far as staff goes. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I had a bone density done 2 weeks ago and never have recieved results and they are not even in my patient portal. I called this morning, and left a message and no return call.

I wars admitted Monday afternoon with such severe back pain that it was almost impossible to take a step. The response was immediate, professional and caring. All staff was so professional while still being compassionate and caring. They located the cause, and got it under control.. pain free today and cannot sing enough praises for every step of the professional care I received. Thank you and may God Bless You all.🙏🏻❤️

Apparently the doctors at this hospital didn't feel comfortable doing my girlfriends birthday control when a NURSE did it in sioux center. I got off work early to bring her to this appointment and they canceled it with no communication and no I have to go into work late tomorrow because no one competent works here!!

An hour in the ER may be the fasted ER in and out ever! No pre check in. Simply gave name and birthday. Was then taken to room. Joined by nurse and shortly after was joined by a doctor. The nurse was nice but very direct. Made me feel a little defensive. The nurse assistant didn’t say anything, just took vitals. The Doctor was charming and professional. When questioned, he explained. Check out was quick and informative on payment options. Overall, a good experience.
