Onawa location has constantly mistreated, misdiagnosed and gaslit me. They will push random meds to ignore symptoms instead of trying to cure the cause of those symptoms. They are lacking knowledge on conditions I deal with and will tell me they know more because of their degree. They dismiss what I have to say and record it as anxiety or period problems. They have refused me my medical records or data more than once. I’m never taken serious and they care more about making money and keeping people sick than helping them get better.

All of the staff at Burgess Health Center were outstanding with their patient care. They took great care of me from the moment I walked in the door. They addressed my concerns and gave a very thorough examination. They treated me with the kind of care that one would feel from a high end spa. Staff also treated one another with kindness and respect. You could tell that every person wanted to help the other be great at what they do. Thank you!

My first time at Burgess via 🚑 for chest pain. The staff was amazing. They got slammed about the same time but someone was always checking in on me and making sure I was up to speed on a plan. I was an anxious mess but they never judged me and kept my husband in the loop with everything. I ended up being transported out to Council Bluffs but they did everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable and felt as safe as possible. Hands down the best care I've ever received from an ED staff. Thank you ❤️

I am sorry I thought it was Missouri valley hospital that I was answering the survey for. Instead it was the physical therapy dept that my gf goes to. You guys deserve all the stars I can give. I recommend her to your hospital. And she has had excellent care while she has been there. Big shout out to Tim in the PT department. Thank you sir for helping her out. I think we will change my mother's to ur Hospital & clinic for further help w her medical care
