Nurse, Jeanne Chamberlain, has been visiting with my dad (almost 89 years old) and filling his medications for quite a while. When you look up the word angel in the dictionary, there is a good chance you will see her picture next to the definition. She goes above and beyond her role. She always keeps in contact with me to let me know about his health and mental state. She has and continues to work with us to make sure he is taken care of beyond her time with him. It is obvious she genuinely cares about him and his well-being. I know there are a lot of great people in healthcare, and Jeanne is one (if not the one) at the top. Along with that, Sherry Koehler, the Clinical Manager, has supported Jeanne in her work and has been vital in helping us find other services for my dad as he stays in his home, where he wants to be. Blessed to have these people in our lives.
