I had to search for a primary care physician in Spirit Lake, and everyone I encountered was incredibly helpful and seemed to have a well-organized system for checking guests in and out. My primary care doctor is Dr. Craig Cunningham, and he was very pleasant. When I needed a refill on my medication, I received it the very same day without any delays, so I truly appreciate the excellent service I received. I would definitely give it an A1 rating.

I worked with Amber today in payments and she was great! Amber was attentive and helped me with a few items showing me how to navigate on the website! She was very patient. Thank you to Amber as she is a fantastic customer service person and I appreciate her support! I am so impressed with Dr Nelson and Jeri, who is part of her team. Dr. Nelson is thorough asking detailed questions about my history and goals for for my health. She never rushes through an appointment and makes me feel heard. I appreciate that she focuses on preventative care. Jeri is so personable and caring and makes me feel at easy during the pre-appointment. Jeri really listens and makes sure that Dr Nelson is aware of any concerns before I see her. The whole team is responsive when checking in via the portal regarding questions or requests. Thank you so much to Dr. Nelson and her team! I highly recommend!

The Infusion Lab was wonderful. I hate Iv’s and have so much fear and anxiety around getting them. They were so gentle, I actually fell asleep during my infusion. Highly recommend the kind and wonderful nurses that staff this center.
