Wesley Life home health care employees are wonderful and they do the best they can with a very poor management people. Can not call it a team because that does not exist: The director/manager stepped down and now has left. Just know lower level managers are allowed to treat staff and clients poorly, please ask your doctor for a referral to a better agency. Part of good health care is also mental health. Managers look out for themself and does not follow patient bill of rights. Again At home nurses,bath aids, PT and OT try their hardest to provide good care. Unfortunately managers put patients and staff last, I was a patient never a staff person. Do not let your loved ones go through what my family had to go through. Please take your time and research the many different choices out there. Thank you for your time.
