I had to pick up a prescription and they were very nice and helpful throughout the entire experience and made me aware of how long the wait would be.

My experience with UnityPoint Center For Sleep was great! One gentleman upfront looked up and helped me. The other guy didn't look up at all. The young lady "Jenni" was the one who helped me try another mask for my CPAP machine. Jenni was very kind and patient with me. I didn't feel rushed or hurried at all. This is why I gave 5 stars. The store was nice and cleaned. Even the restroom was clean. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

We are extremely unhappy with the services we received from Unity Point Home Health. Upon finding out that the Dr was sending my father home on oxygen and putting in the orders with Unity Point Home Health out of Waterloo, IA, we called before receiving the equipment for my father, to make sure it had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They assured us it would be. 5 years ago we had gotten equipment from them and also got German cockroaches that were inside the oxygen concentrator. My parents had just moved into a brand new condo a few months prior and didn’t have issues until the concentrator was brought into their home. It took the exterminator months to get ride of them at that time, so we wanted to make sure it didn’t happen to them again. This time, the day the bed and concentrator were delivered, within a few hrs we saw the first cockroach running near the concentrator. When we called to talk to the representative that had told us everything would be cleaned and sanitized prior to being delivered, she transfer us to her supervisor, Andrew. He basically called us liars and told us there was no was his equipment would have had cockroaches in it. We insisted he follow up on this and call us back. He was rude to us and never called us back with a follow up. I can guarantee you that my parents never had cockroaches prior to the equipment coming into their home 5 yrs ago and didn’t have them this time either prior to the equipment coming into their home. We will never recommend Unity Point Home Health equipment to any of our friends or family. And we will definitely make sure everyone knows not to use them unless they want to have an infestation of cockroaches. I strongly feel Unity Point Home Health should reimburse my parents for the exterminator expenses. I want everyone that has used them before and decides to use them in the future know if our experience and beware. We are also going to make sure that our local hospital, that recommended Unity Home Health equipment to us, is aware of this, so that they don’t continue to send infested equipment into patients homes.
