Could not ask for better care. Julie and Amanda treated us like family, and made us as comfortable as possible with the process of giving meds and letting our newborn pass away.

Very helpful when we needed them. When we called them they answered our questions. Our Aid was terrific (Lupa).

Our mother was a patient enrolled with Hospice of the Prairie. Mom wanted to be able to spend the end of her life in her own home. Hospice helped my 5 sisters and I learn how to provide care for our mother. We were comfortable talking to the staff whether it be a question about how to turn and position mom so she was comfortable to explaining what we could expect to happen as mom moved through the end stages of her life. They were never more than a phone call away. All staff were professional and compassionate - the nursing staff, the chaplain, the home health aid, the social worker...all staff we had contact with. I know my sisters would agree that the only reason we were able to care for mom in her home was because of the support we received from Hospice of the Prairie. We also received support after mom passed away. It was comforting to be able to talk with someone who was familiar with mom and knew exactly what we had been through.

Very nice home health and office personnel. However there are some persistent issues with the Christmas tree at the mall and missing names despite donations made. Not a good feel for families who are aalready hurting from loss of loved ones.
