My mom has received excellent care at SBA. The nurses, aides, Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists along with the Hospitalists have seen to her every need, are friendly and professional and have brought her health back to her 2 times this year. We are grateful and blessed to have this hospital in our town.

I have been to this hospital multiple times over the past 4 years. ER, laboratory, radiology, and surgery departments... also the billing department. First, for my daughter's car accident Second, for a friend's miscarriage. Third, for my surgery this morning. Also for several radiology and lab tests. The only issue I've run into, is that some tests are not available in the middle of the night because the lab is not fully staffed between 7pm and 7 am or something like that. I took off a star for that. Other than that, EVERY. SINGLE. PERSON, here, has been PLEASANT. Not just professional, actually nice and CARING... that INCLUDES the billing department! I'm currently in the hospital. Trina, Charlotte, and everyone in the Surgical department treated me warmly. Dawn, Mindy, and Angie in the women's center, (not sure if that's what labor and delivery are called now or not), have treated and are treating me splendidly and show(ed) that they truly care as well. For the people who write the bad reviews, I'm sorry about your experience. Just remember you get back what you put out. I listened to the E.R. staff deal with a belligerent drunk one night. They showed respect, patience, and most of all restraint when dealing with the man. I'm not sure I could have been as calm as they were that night. He didn't have good things to say about them even though they treated him with kindness. Please don't knock a place down with bad reviews until you've reviewed your own behavior in the situation. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

I have always received the best care I could imagine. I have been a patient at several locations inside SBA for 10 years. I’ve never had anything except a great experience through having babies, surgeries, imaging, ER care, and even the food is great. Everyone is always friendly and caring. All facilities have always been clean. I highly recommend SBA and I will never go anywhere else.

The reviews about the ER say it all. I dont know how those girls at the night shift reception desk got their jobs, but literally go to any other town if you are dying. Whoever is their supervisor should be fired also, and probably that person's supervisor as well. Can't find anything they need, you don't actually get treated and they are so, so rude and nasty for no reason. And then will tell you "you're being rude" with a smirk, as mentioned in other reviews. Dr. Rausch' office has always been great for my kid, their review is 5/5. But if my boy was dying I would drive him to Andover, no joke. There is no way they haven't lost patients due to negligence, it's crazy this place isn't being investigated.

I unfortunately needed to go to the ER. I had an excellent experience at Susan B. Allen in El Dorado. Eric Flores, PA, and the entire team provided exceptional care with fabulous bedside manner. They were attentive, compassionate, and thorough — running all of the appropriate labs and imaging based on my symptoms. I felt genuinely cared for and confident that I was in capable hands. The professionalism and kindness of everyone I encountered truly stood out. Thank you, Eric and the SBAM team, for the amazing care!
