I live in another state and the staff was so helpful and caring when my grandfather was on hospice and I could not travel there to care for him. The wonderful people I met with this company will always hold a place in my heart. It's been 9 months since my grandfather passed away and they still send me correspondence about dealing with grief and loss. I felt supported all throughout the process and beyond. This place is amazing and I give it 5 stars. I am forever grateful.

My husband Linus Dixin Sr, was well taken care of in the Hospice House. With love, kindness, patients, an genuine concern. In spite of him being a little bit ordinary, 😄 He was only in house for approximately a week, the transitioned home. Everyone involved made every part of Linus's process as comfortable and painless as possible. My sweet man of 37 yrs pass on September 16th 2023, needless to say how tragic the end of the experience was for us all I am so blessed an thankful that I was able to be the one with him throughout the long but short 3yr journey. They have wonderful, Caring, professional, nursing and palliative care team! As far as the business office, staff, and leadership goes, well, umm, ugh! They need organization, knowledge , people skills, prioritization, and research help! They were the worst I’ve ever seen! Before, I lost my ability to care for myself, I was in business and trust me they failed on the basics!!! The only reason the company gets three stars from me is because, of the over achieving palliative and nursing care team! They will be deeply missed!!!
