This year these guys helped so much I just cant thank them enough. Had to do PT 4 times this year and I am on palliative care. Always showed up on time and worked with me thru some the really bad days. Every time a great attitudes and ideas.

This is the best group my father has had. I really like that they have a live person (usually a nurse) screening the calls as they come in and that they have an emergency back up company that can get to you when they can't. I want to give a Kudos to Glenn (sp?) who took my call this morning. She was engaged, understanding and helpful. I really appreciated that she seemed to genuinely care and listened to the problems we were having. She offered fast service even though they were short staffed and offered to follow up if we couldn't get someone out today. It gave me peace of mind which hasn't always been the case in these situations. Thanks Glenn!!!!

We have been using Enhabit for over a year. I do not recommend for dementia patients. This company and its nurses are horrible about communication. We are on the third time of having NO meds on hand. Out of heart meds and blood thinner. Looking to change companies immediately!! ENHABIT please do not respond to this to make yourselves look good you don’t respond when I call pleading for help!!

As a healthcare professional, I've watched my mother in law be held at a specific level, never advanced. 1 of them smelling like pot. All of them wasted approximately 20 minutes of her therapy time collecting useless data. Like any of them need to know how much vitamin d, vitamin c, or zync.she uses every visit. If I am.ever told they will ne treating myself or my family again.... i.will refuse them FAST. I am thoroughly disgusted by the PT staff. I have been a respiratory therapist for the better part of 35 years. I had to tell them that I put her cane away if they even suggested she use it. She walks around this house without using it all day every day. A little less time wasting time, a little more time actually listening to the patient and doing what's best for them, not what's best for some dumbfounded written playbook. It's why you're lucky I haven't turned the whole thing over to cms. Now I understand there's gonna be 1 or 2 more visits before she goes home. If I detect even one oz of retaliation for my review, I will swiftly kick them out the front door.. Just because she's 81 does not mean she is locked away at home...... she is very, very active. She has done more at home in Californian in 2 months than she did hear with them for 8 weeks. However, they did have a girl come up from wichita to do occupational therapy. She was an absolute blessing and such a professional.

I am an insurance agent and one of my clients reached out to me and said that Enhabit would no longer come to his home to dress his wounds from diabetes because his Medicare plan had switched and they were not in the new plans network. My client is in a wheelchair and already has had one leg removed because of diabetes. I called Greta in their office in KC area office to see what the problem was because his plan had not changed and they were still in network. Greta doubled down that indeed he was in a different plan and therefore not in Network. I called the insurance carrier again just to check again and it was confirmed that he had the same plan and they were in network. I called Greta again and told her this and she was going to see what the problem was and get back to me or my client. That was over one week ago and still no one has contacted me or my client. Wounds like he has cannot go untreated this long and we had to find him a new Home Health Team. I would never recommend them to anyone.
