We love working with Maureen! Carter healthcare has been a wonderful partner with our hospice services. They really care about their patients and clearly only want the best for them. They are easy to get in contact with and are willing to help out whenever they are needed. Their office staff and nursing team are so kind! Can’t say enough great things about Carter healthcare.

I have no idea why people rate the hard workers of Carter Home Healthcare so low! They worked with OT and PT with my dad after his seizures and are so kind! Keith and Acacia are the best! They worked with our insurance no problem.

My parents have serious medical needs and my father was recently hospitalized. We worked with our nurse case manager to get home health approved during the hospital stay. They typically reach out to a couple of providers to check availability. Then of the available providers, the family selects which provider they prefer and starts working with them. Carter was not who we selected. They called my mom and said they were who was selected and then while in the hospital they called my fathers room and thank God I answered. They told me they were selected and I knew they weren’t. I didn’t think much of it until a bit later and thought they were chasing the approved Medicare dollars and telling elderly people they are the ones the hospital sent. Beware. Feels really slimy to me.
