I called Wednesday to get my life partner set up for skilled nursing and physical therapy. His medicare advantage listed you as a preferred in network provider. They took the intake information and his physician name and contacts. Today I called to find out what was needed and was told they had denied admitting him because they were at their max for his insurance and they had notified the referral source which was NO OTHER THAN ME. Nope didn’t happen. Never got a call. I am a master’s prepared nurse and think I would remember that call. Quit gaslighting people with “ We called” when you didn’t . BAD BUSINESS FOR SOMEONE WHOSE JOB IT IS TO HELP PEOPLE.

Thank you for your service you made a difficult time more peaceful, your care you showed for our mom during her hospice was the best. I would recommend your company for anyone looking for your servicee.

Terrible experience with this company interim home health. It seems they don't have the staff to deal with the patients. I need wound care and can't get the service as needed. Find another company who was more responsive and caring. If I could give this company zero Stars that's where I would rate them. You have been warned!!!!!!

My sister was served by Interim for over a year. During that time she was assisted by a variety of their social workers, nurses and aides. She was picky about her care and could often be a bit (or more than a bit) demanding. Despite this there were some Interim folks who were skilled enough and experienced enough to look thru the occasional gruff exterior and see my sister as the once very independent woman who was now lonely, dying and relying on others for everything. There was a handful of Interim staff that my sister really loved to have visit and attend to her. I am so grateful for their service. I don't know what she would have done without them. I personally really appreciated their support and guidance as I took on the role of being my sister's health advocate.
