I don't understand why people say this is a bad company I see different we just started with this company I feel comfortable with them I know in my heart ❤️ they will do there job with my husband I see a lot of bad reviews with different Home Health they say the same thing you just got to give a ever of them working with your loved ones that's how I feel I feel in my heart even if my husband is in home health or hospice either or I know they would take good care of him regardless what these days need to look at these reviews because it's scaring people away

My mom has been receiving home care from Enhabit after coming home from the hospital. She has a nurse, PT, OT, and social worker who comes out weekly and on a regular schedule. The staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful, and takes really good care of Mom. They call and arrange visit times before (including me as the caregiver) and are always on time. They give the care she needs and offer other care tips and education. We are very pleased with Enhabit and the staff. Thank you!!!!

Would not recommend. The absolute disrespect that was shown to a deceased resident at our facility tonight,was the worst that I have seen in 35 years in the medical field. I don't know who does the hiring and or training there, but some more training in compassion would be a benefit I'm thinking. Not the first problem with this company, but definitely the worst. If I could give them negative stars it would be a - 10. Quite simply.....do better.

Encompass Hospice has had a 100% turnover in staff since we entered their care program. Scheduled visits and staff seem to change constantly. Knowledge transfer between nurses has been poor. Some nurses don’t wear masks or gloves, and a few forget to order meds and supplies. There is absolutely no tracking method in their medical supply chain. Patient records have gaps in vital information and in our case some records are missing. I would not recommend them to anyone.
